Notes:

The distance referred to, above is "Chargeable Distance" i.e. equal to 1.25 times of the radial distance between the two points connected.

For distances lying in between the distances

Specified above, the tariffs shall be charged on pro-rata basis.

These Tariffs are based on TRAI Tariffs and applicable to the Long Distance Portion, End Link charges shall be as applicable.

These Tariffs are exclusive of Service tax which shall be charged as per prevailing rate

Discounts on above tariffs may be offered based on the following:

(i) Volume of business offered by the customer.

(ii) Future commitment of the customer to continue buying (i.e. whether the customer raises order for 6months/1Year/2Years/5 Years etc.

(iii) Volume of business excepted from the customer in future beyond his presence

Commitment.

(iv) Past Payment record of the customer i.e. the level of average outstanding/ past defaults etc.

(v) Cost involved in serving the customer i.e. last mile/access equipment to be provided.

Miscellaneous changes such as One Time installation, Col-location charges, and Network Element charges as applicable shall be charged extra.
